comfortable bedgood showerdesigned rooms
My room included a large, comfortable bed. The shower was good. I also enjoyed the cakes in the afternoon. The common rooms are comfortable and well designed.
The communal outdoor areas are small. Private conversations are difficult.

the staff were helpful! the location is excellent, close to many places. the rooms and suite was really lovely. the kettle let me make drinks. the balcony was awesome, and the shower was excellent, it was great
Our room faced a busy, noisy road. Closing windows was necessary for a manageable noise level. the view was not great.

The staff was kind. They attended to all our needs. Breakfast is every morning (delicious), cake in the afternoon, a gin bar (local gins), wines, and snacks are available. They have a driver to take you places (add on to the bill), and can call a back up driver if needed. My friend got a massage and said it was FANTASTIC!!!
I had a room at the back end. It faced and overlooked a very busy and noisy High Level Road. I had to keep all windows closed to keep noise to a manageable level. The communal outdoor areas are small and leave little scope for private conversations. The pool is also literally at the feet of those dining, or on a recliner, so a swim would be quite awkward.
